Corvette Poem, enjoy!!

[SLICKMAN]

Corvette Heaven

Turn the key and open the door;
​

Exactly what living is for.
​

Take a moment and breathe in deep;
​

The smell of leather is so sweet.
​

Settle in and buckle up;
​

get ready and Fire her up;
​

Excitement builds backing down the drive;
​

A perfect day for fun has finally arrived.
​

Escaping from the world and pressure we live in,
​

Now entering the realm of Corvette heaven.
​

All troubles vanish as we drive away;
​

Nothing can spoil this Corvette day.
​

Hardtops, convertibles, or ones with tee's,
​

No finer a machine that anyone can see.
​

Come join me in heaven, get ready, get set,
​

As we will fly along in my Corvette.
​

Hey Slickman,
Yep, you're from NY. That's how I feel on the first Corvette day of the year. I drive mine to work (40mi one way). It is very theraputic. It also helps alot on the ride home.
