Coupe and Convertible rear quarter panel differences

Hey everyone, I have a question about the differences in quarter panels from the coupe to the convertible and FRC. I have an 03 Z06 and the Left quarter is damaged, I found a quarter already painted on ebay already painted TR. But it is for a coupe, and my understanding is that the panel is different in some way. My question is does anyone know if it will still work??? Thanks in advance and God Bless.
