for elongating your holes I have these little dremels (battery operated) and you can get these "rasp" bits for, they are excellent to use on the fiberglass and ridculouly cheap to purchase.

Great Pictures!!
Keep the pictures coming. The front end, no the whole body looks great. Can you tell us more about your 61, engine size, color, interior. What type of finial primer are you going to use. I had some telegraphing problems on a fender repair that will need to be fixed this spring and a rep. from PPG stated that a catalyze primer will help to minimize this.
