Off beat question. How did the C4's fair in the crash tests? You here everyone say "corvettes are a death trap" (always from people who don't actually own them) Well yeah, they go 200 MPH. But at normal highway speeds I would assume with the long front end, and racecar like chasis, it would be a rather safe ride.

i don't know about C4's,but when i was 6 years old my dad and i was going to see a movie{i begged him to go and he gave in}. we were in a black '77 and got t-boned by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign. my dad saw it and pushed me into the floorboard{ i was standing up in the seat } the drunk bastard hit the drivers side dead on. neither one of us was hurt, but it knocked the hell out of the car. we crawled out of the windshield as both doors were jammed. i remember that same morning we saw a black cat run across the road and i asked him to X out the bad luck.his reply " i don't believe in that" lol. i still remind him every now and then about it.

Oh man!!!!! Thats a shame. Good thing you were in a safe vette eh.
What movie were ya go'n to see? Friday the 13th lol

be safe

Thank goodness you were safe! I have to say that I don't trust any of the newer vehicles out there. I am curious myself, though, how the C4 did. I use this as a daily driver!!
