This is happening on the front throttle body. Could the return line back up enough pressure to cause this.

Found the problem, disconnected the return fuel line on the rear throttle body and took hose off of return line on fuel pump and blew air into it from the front . I set the regulator on my air compressor at 40 lb nothing went through raised it to 90 lb and finally it blew and cleared the line. Rebuilt the front regulator again with new diaphragm and gasket. Hit the starter and it fired right off and idled good at about 600 rpm with no leaks on front throttle body.
