How do you check to see if the transducer on the cruise control is bad , in the same aspect how about the servo?

thanks.

CS,

From the Assembly Manual:

TRANSDUCER CHECK:

- With connector C196 disconnected, check resistance between DK GR wire and GND, Should read between 29 and 36 ohms.

- IF reading is NOT within limits, disconnect connector at Transducer and check the DK GR wire resistance. Should be 23.3 ohms +/- 1 ohm.

- IF resistance wire DK GR ok, check for5-6 ohms between HOLD terminal on transducer and GND.

SERVO AND VACUUM CHECK

- Check all vacuum components with 15 inches of vacuum using external vacuum source. The vacuum should not leak down more than 5 inches in one minute.
