I am starting to look at installing a custom stereo system in my 01 Coupe and wanted to get some advice from those who have done it. I was considering installing subs in the two outer storage compartments in the hatch but was unsure of the cubic volume of airspace. Also, would I have to fabricate an enclosure with fiberglass or can I just install the speaker in the compartment as is? Any other tips/advice would be appreciated.
