I have a 94 LT1. Recently a problem has risen in that when it is wet outside or the humidity is extremely high my car will miss and ping when you stomp the throttle a little. If you ease down on the gas it runs fine. It only does this when there is dampness in the air. My car has 34000 miles on it. My old porsche did the same thing and I discovered it was that the nock sensors were bad. Does the 94 LT1vette have nock sensors? Also I know cracks in the distributor cap can cause this or even bad plug wires. My wires seem to be fine. Anyone experienced this before?
