Dash colors?

Has anyone ever tried to change the color of their spedometer section of the later C4's? Orange matches the rest of the interior at night, but I was just curious if it could be done.

Have you thought about the white gauge dash kits, Ive seen them for the C5, not sure if they have them for C4,

I was thinking it might be possible to find some transparent color film that could static-cling to the speedo. Depending on the color, the orange may shine through and appear another color.

I haven't had the time to look into it further but in theory it sounds like it could work.

I'm just not sure how it would look with the rest of the orange at night.
