On my 72, the Tach has one bulb burned out. Whats the best way to replace it? From underneiht or do I need to pull off the dash pad (those seem to be hard to get past the side winshield posts too)

Crack!!!

If you don't drop the steering column, you could risk breaking the driver's gauge panel. If you can't contort your way underneath(almost impossible with the seat installed), you might want to consider removing the middle gauge panel. From this vantage point, you should be able to reach behind the tach without too much interference. While you are there, replace all the bulbs. You'll thank yourself, later.--Bullitt
