Dash / interior care

What do you guys use to clean/protect the dashboard and interior panels?, I have an 06 vert and want to protect these from the sun especially.

I only use 303 Protectant on the dash and door panels. It has a UV protectant and a satin finish. Also, it is not greasy like some of the other products.

I swear by 303 Aerospace Protectant!!! It gives the UV protection and isn't greasy, slick looking at all.
