has anyone had the problem of your dash lights not coming on,but your headlights working fine.if so then what was the problem.

be sure the brightness knob is turned up. Left side of instrument cluster, push in/out and turn.

Hi Ditto,
You're should be turning the knob on the dash, not on her. ;)

she's got nice knobs, but still not the problem, also the tail lights are not working either.

Possibly a open fuse #25 10A

open fuse #2 10A, this can be checked by confirming under hood lamp works, if so fuse is o.k. if no lamp fuse is open.

fuse #6, ok if turn signals work.

check these fuses in the box in front of the battery.

Also check for codes and post them.

all fuses mentioned above are fine, also fuse #19 and fuse #25 under floor panel are fine. could there be a relay just for the inst panel and tail running lights that has gone bad,or could the switch itsefl gone bad????? what to do?

Used to be on chevys that if your taillight fuse burned out your dash lights would go out as a safety measure so you would check them.
