2000C5 New battery. Tested for drain. None. Battery goes dead after sitting for just two weeks.
Defective battery. Maybe. Could the alarm be draining it? :W
Anybody had this problem?

Replaced a 5 yr old battery in one of my other vehicles..Went dead 2 weeks after installing it..Tested all for drain, charged battery and it was dead within 2 hours. Took it back to dealer, they replaced it with no questions and haven't had a problem since (6 weeks). Bad batteries do happen.

Sitting for two weeks with out a battery tender and alarm on will certainly kill even a new battery. Use a tender to maintain the battery.

FWIW, never had that issue with the 99 C5 I had for 5 years until this spring. It used to sit for 3-4 weeks during the winter and never had a battery problems.
