Decal under hood - driver's side fender.

I was wondering if someone could tell what information is contained on the decal located under the hood on the driver's side fender? It contains the word "catalyst" but, I can't read the rest? Perhaps it refers to the catalytic converter? Thanks.

Thanks very much everyone. I was able to see the picture after clicking on the link in Yoda's message. It concerns emission control information and lists the vehicle as a low emission vehicle meeting the EPA and CA emissions standards. Thanks again.
