It sound like the rebuilder are using either sub-standard components or the wrong components. I agree that the simplest course of action is to go to a different shop / brand. The increase in running temperature sounds like the pump is not moving the correct amount of coolant . One cause could be incorrect size or configuration of impeller, or restrict water flow inside the pump, either way it sure looks like the shop is not delivering a quality pump.
 
Lower hose may be collapsing or kinked causing low flow.
