The DIC in my 2000 went dark. Everything is working but I can't see the messages. No odometer, tire pressure, etc. Are these things repairable?

Potentially a speedo shop may find what is wrong or you can just buy a good used IPC and replace it. Here is what the board looks like. It also has the mileage in it so if it is replaced it would need to be reset which does add to the overall cost if you replace. If you need info on IPC removal let me know.

If you want to try and have it repaired I know of several. Based on your issue I recommend an authorized Delphi repair center like this:
