I just leveled the passenger side 1" by replacing the link bolts with adjustable bolts. Someone told me I just messed up my whole alignment. Tell me it ain't so at $200 to realign.:(

I'm afraid I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say "link" bolts. That's not to say you're wrong. I just don't know which part you mean?

Don't believe the alignment will be affected enough to tell the difference with only a 1" change, I'd watch the tire wear, see how it drives & if you feel any difference in driving before I made any changes to the alignment. That's assuming alignment was correctly set before the 1" adjustment. My $0.02

67HEAVEN, They are also called spring outer mount bolts. The bolts that attach the rear spring to the rear of the trailing arm. BTW, love your work on the '67. Ron, had the car aligned in the spring and all was great then. I don't want to mess up the ride. Thanks guys.

Gottcha. I don't know enough about what the effect of the 1" adjustment will be to comment, but I'll try to remember to ask when I get mine done in a few weeks.

If the alignment was done before you "sagged" an inch on one side you probably brought it back into spec by lifting it. If one side was already lower than the other when you had it aligned they should have adjusted it when they did the alignment?? :confused

Shouldn't affect it - all you did was adjust how the body rests on the suspension, not make any adjustments to the suspension geometry. I wouldn't worry about it.
:beer

Everything seems ok now so as JohnZ says I "won't worry about it" anymore.
