disc brakes for a 64

We have owned our 64 coupe since 1970. Am finally spending some time on some upgrades, and was wondering about the best, easiest, most cost effective way of adding disc brakes. Is it possible to use components from a c3? If so what all is needed? Thank you.
Hope you get all this, I am more gearhead than computer wizard.
