I have a 1980 and am getting interested in autocross. I see the front sway bar but I don't see a rear sway bar. Does the 1980 have a rear sway bar and if so; where is it?

"Significantly reduce unwanted body roll with larger diameter anti-sway bars. Easily bolted to your chassis, the 1963-82 sway bars can be adjusted to suit your specifications. You decide just how much reaction you want out of the bars. 1963-82 kits include the bar, two center brackets and urethane bushings, plus outer urethane link bushings, springs and hardware"

Just do a search for HD sway bar for a 1980 Corvette. I believe GM offered a FE7 but for auto X'ing you'll probably want to go stiffer yet.

You want to buy a heavy duty sway bar for auto crossing and probably a heavy duty one for the front also.

Enjoy!!
