Yesterday I took off my wheels and cleaned the insides of them.I noticed 1 of the left wheels was on the right and vise-versa.After I corrected and when out for a drive there was some vibration that was not there b4????

Sounds like your tires have gotten worn relative to their position... Short of getting new tires, or putting the wheels back, I don't think there's much you can do. If you keep the tires where they are now, they might eventually quiet down - but might also get worse.

That's the one problem with directional non-identical wheels... you can't rotate them.

Are the tires directional? If so, the chances are that the wear patterns from them rotating "backwards" may be causing it. It will smooth out in time.

The vanes in the wheels are designed to help flow air through the wheel and help keep the brake rotors cool so it's important to make sure that the wheels are in the proper position on the car.

Also check the rotation of the tires. If they are directional they may have been mounted on the wheels backwards. In that case switch the tires on the rims so tires are on the same side as before. :w

6shooter,
I like the way you think. I will agree, some fun and those tires might just be fine.

wannavette,
I would be worried about leaving them too long. The vibration of the tires could put wear on the suspension components.
