a new one is $130 on ebay (lots more on Ecklers). I don't like spending money on things I can't see!! But it is a pain when the door won't close right.

Any sources on used ones?

The interior is all torn apart. Husband did some nice painting of all the parts and its looking really nice. While everything is apart I am going to get some new vents and maybe a new steering wheel :-) Going to pick up some speakers for the back and front today. He is customizing something. I am not much of an audiophile so I am happy with anything.

The engine is back together and hopefully there won't be any more issues cause I am pretty sure he is not pulling that harmonic balancer off again. I think he said something about dragging it outside with a 'free' sign if it gives him any more problems :chuckle This has NOT been his favorite Chevy to work on thats for sure!

Hello, I've been using Contemporary Corvette for used parts. They had some oddball parts that I could not find anywhere else. I'm with ya on the audiophile thing, anything works, I'd rather listen to the pipes. Can't help you with the other, Corvette's are hard to work on............
