I have periodic problems with my automatic door locks. My passenger side has stuck in the unlocked position. The lock accuator is new. The drivers side occasionally sticks where the key won't open the door. Anybody ever heard of disconnecting the power lock linkages and making the doors manual?

The door locks will only work if BOTH switches are working perfectly. If either switch is faulty it will produce silly symptoms like one staying up and the other working. Consider replacing the switches
