Finally got the turbos on the car and had a chance to make a few runs this past weekend.
I have included a graph of the best run. The interesting thing is this run was made with 15.1 to 16.5 psi of boost. Prior to the turbos being rebuilt/modified, comparable rwhp and rwtq figures required about 2 psi more boost. This is a testament to the work that Evergreen Turbo performed.
As a side note, I also keep close track of air conditions. The last set of runs I made prior to having the turbos redone were done with an air temp of 60 degrees and a density altitude of 360 feet to 500 feet. Yesterdays conditions were 77 degrees and a density altitude of 1700 feet. This makes the 586 rwhp that much more impressive.
I tried a run with around 18 psi of boost but aborted it because it was too lean. The extra air flow that these turbos produce now outstrip the fuel capabilities of my system. This is fine because I am quite happy with where I am at right now. I have taken the Callaway off the DynoJet and now it is time to drive it (a little) and enjoy it.
