Question: Early C4 rear bumper on '96 LT4 Convertible

Hi. I'm new here and considering buying my first vette, a 1996 LT4 convertible. I definitely want the LT4, but I've always preferred the look of the back end of the earlier C4's with the round taillights and more angular design. Does anyone know if the earlier rear can be swapped onto the later car? (And yes, I realize this is the last thing I should be worrying about. But I think I've looked into all the important issues. This is my last question. For now!)

Yep,It'll bolt right on but you'll have to use the old style front reinforcement and rear energy absorber.
