Is there possible to buy a new original spec chip for a 1993?

Yes, a salvage yard that deals in Vettes may have one. You need the 4 digit code within your chip to ensure you get the right one. 92/93 are the same I believe.
Someone may have one, or you can go through a tuner who can get you one he may have lying about his shop.

Hard to find, want one spare I have a spare computer, never been installed in a car in the garage just in case.
