i have an 87 corvette and i took off the front panel because the radio and air conditioning doesnt work. and when i was looking at the wires i found a blue box. does anyone have a clue wat it is or wat its for?

That's one of them, there is that one blue one and a bunch of black ones and a fusebox that didn't have any fuses in it. What in the world are these things?
