Hi, it didn’t take long to have a few questions.
There is a wire with the “connection” end broken off, shown in the first pic, that looks to be ground of some sort. Any one help? Thanks.
There is also a rivet on the passenger fender where the hood lays into. It has a blade style tab like where a female connector would go. Any help? Thanks.
There is red plastic box,unit thing that has a fairly substantial bundle of wires coming out of it. Any one help? Again thanks.

Picture one is a broken ground. The eyelet is broken. In picture 2 nothing is connected to it. In picture 3 looks like the old fashioned style noise suppressor for the alternator. This eliminates the alternator wine through the radio.
 
Hey thanks, first pic is in fact a ground, the second pic I figured out is where the hood snubber is attached. The red box thing…could it be part of a theft deterant system. The po had one installed using a round style key lock under the dash. The Vette is an’82.
