Emergency Brake Handle

[PG-LT4]

I have a 96 LT4 with a broken "E" brake handle. I purchased a new one and plan on installing this weekend. It looks pretty straight forward, are there any pitfalls I need to watch out for?

I haven't changed out a C4 E-Brake handle, but a suggestion would be to take a few digital shots of the area you will be working on in case you need a reference on how things go back together. If it’s obviously simple than you can forgo the reference shots.
