I am re-assembling a '65 convertible with a 327-365 engine. All the engine compartment wiring harness clips were removed before my purchase. Now I am trying to figure out just exactly how many clips I need, where exactly they all go, what type of rivets, etc are used for each rivet, etc. I have purchased a clip kit for the engine compartment which came with a variety of clips, rivets, etc. I have checke the AIM and although it shows to some extent what I am looking for I am not smart enough to figure out the exact detail. Is there a very straight-forward picture or description of what I am looking for? Thanks to anyone with any help.

I have a 327/365 in my '65 coupe.
I just ran out to the garage and shot a few images under the hood for you. I hope there are helpful. If you need any areas in addition let me know. My success at posting pics on here has been less than great because I tend to lose a lot of quality in the downsizing so they will post here but hopefully these will be even a little helpful anyway.
the pics were taken starting with #0001 thru #0005 from the drivers side front fender well, around to the firewall, and continuing to the passenger side fender well.
Again, sorry if the quality of the pics turns out poor.

65 Wire Harness

Hi!

I have the 65 GM AIM and there is numerous pages showing the wire harness installation. You should try and locate a copy, but if you can't and still need the information send me an email on the areas you need and I will scan the sections you need and forward them to you.

Thanks to all who responded to my question on the engine compartment wiring harness installation. I believe the information you gave me will at least get me started and if I need further help I will be calling again. I certainly need all the help I can get on stuff like this.
