Engine Missing

My L98 has been running fine until several weeks ago. I decided to run a fuel system cleaner through it along with a can of B-12 Chemtool. Filled her up and drove a few times with no problems. Suddenly it started to miss and stumble...stumble on acceleration and miss while driving. Thought I might have a fouled plug so I took them out yesterday...looked okay. Now I'm thinking it must be one or two of the injectors. Seems to me there have been some articles on testing injectors electronically...can someone point me in the correct direction?

The best additive you can use in your fuel is a product called Chevron Techron. There are many supporters here on the forum. I have used and, and when my injectors came out they were in good condition.

You can check each resistor for resistance. Not sure but I think they should ohm out between 5-8 ohms. There could be other problems though that you have exposed with the additives. Perhaps the spray pattern has changed. I think there are quite a few people that have experience in this area. Most ohm them first I believe.

I did the same thing. Owned my Vette for a few months then decided it needed some injector cleaner. Drove fine through the tank and part of the next, then started missing. It turned out to be a bad plug, it was inside the plug and not visible. A new set of plugs and wires and she runs great now. It seems that the plug was about to go and the injector cleaner just sent it over the edge. I now use the cleaner on a regular basis, with every oil change.

Thanks guys for the feedback...will do the ohm test then if all is well will go for new plugs and wires.
