Help! Everything is going bad on my 90 Coupe

I have a 1990 Charcoal Grey Coupe. The first problem since i got it was the digital instrument screen. Worked on and off for about 3 months, now it won't work at all. My wipers worked fine, then they worked intermittantly....now they don't work as well. My climate controls is the most recent. Blower motor and all worked great....one day the blower motor sounded like it was grinding something then one day it stopped. Now the controls don't work, the only button that does anything is the rear defog button. Oh, and the Horn has never worked since i got it. HAS ANYBODY ELSE EVER HAD ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS?

Things I have already tried....

I have checked all fuses, and tried a few relays. I installed a brand new blower motor, and was told by the previous owner it had a new wiper motor as well.

I'd start checking the main grounds for the car using the FSM to locate all of them. Clean and tight.

I'm very new to vettes. As a matter of fact I'm getting my first on friday. However I've had 7 Neons and they had the same kind of problems. Here's what I found on them and I'd expect it could be a lot of your trouble too. First, I'm an electrician by trade. Second, electronic instrumentation has to be soddered into a board and they're done fast in production. Remove the board and use a small electronics soddering iron and melt each soder point. If the soder just melts and puddles, let it cool, it's fine. If it pulls away from the pin or post when heated, it's dirty. Clean off the old sodder and reapply fresh flux core sodder. It doesn't take much to keep it from working and you can't tell just by looking at it if it's good or bad. I've fixed a bunch of Neon inst clusters this way and I bet the vette is no different. best to ya
