Okay, I'm trying to develop this image in my head. I think I understand. Bob, do you have any pictures of this piece, preferably while installed? I was looking at your pictures but can't seem to locate the spacer. Maybe it isn't visible in those pictures.

TR, I have LOTS of heavy-wall 3/8" I.D. spacers (3/4" O.D.) in my collection, left over from numerous accessory drive projects over the years; just dug through the bin and found one exactly 1-1/4" long (pic below); let me know if you need it and I'll drop it in the mail.

Actually yes. It's on the front bolt right under the flush fill cap. Good detective work.
