Pardon some basic questions, but I have to ask.

I will be taking the car in for some basic maintenance - which I can't do easily without lifting the car.

Can I have the mufflers changed without modifying the intake or anything else? I'm not looking to change the complete system, just the mufflers.

Also, while it is on the lift any advice? trans fluid, etc...

Thanks so much folks.

Dom,
Take as much time as necessary to read the posts and replies in this forum. Most of your questions will be answered.
Yes you can change mufflers (cat back) without a cold air intake change. However, a lot of people go with an aftermarket CAI when doing the mufflers.
I have Borla Stingers and a Halltech CAI on my 05 and I really like the sound and slightly improved performance.
Patronize the vendors on this forum if you can.
