Exhaust Manifold help needed

Does anyone have a good way to get the manifold out after it has been taken off. I can't seem to find a way to get the drivers side to drop down or bring it up, the car is a bigblock with a 4-speed........and because some of you I am sure have done it recently with the body off the car that isn't an option

The outboard end of the clutch Z-bar comes off with one nut - disconnect the two pushrods and pop the Z-bar off, and the manifold will come out.
