Exhaust Manifold Help

I have 73 Vette and I have a exhaust leak on the passanger side from the Heat Riser.. I went to pull it off and discovered that "BUBBA" had welded one of the studs to the Flange.. Instead of pulling the broken stud he welded it..
I can problaly get a Dremel tool to cut the stud off ( I think?). How hard is it to unbolt the exhaust manifold from the head? Any help or tips would be appriciated. Or do I need to take it to a Muffler shop?

Just remove the six manifold bolts and the three nuts at the outlet flange and take it to a muffler shop; they'll have to look at it (and see how Bubba welded it) to determine whether or not they can get the stud out.
