Exhaust manifold leak

It began what sounded to me like a plug wire arcing but upon further investigation turned out to be one bolt had backed out from the rear of the maniold causing a "clacking" sound. PLug wire? Valve? Rocker arm? Oh, the possibilities.

Imagine my relief to have to simply tighten the bolt and be on my merry way. I wonder, is this something to watch for more closely?
 
I don't know how often this comes up with stock exhaust manifolds, but with headers it occurs more often than you'd like. That's why they sell locking accessories, such as Stage 8, for your header fasteners. I wouldn't worry about it, but I'd always be aware of it once I discovered it. ;)
