Exhaust Tips

Well my new( to me) Vette has been tuck away under cover in my hangar for about a month now. I got a chance this week to get the plane out for a ride around the patch and check on the car. What I found and had not notice was I'm missing an exhaust tip, I knew it must have been loose cause I could hear something rattling around back there but thought I would let it go until spring. The clips are still in place but no tip. What I was wondering if anybody knows where I can buy just one tip, I have seen all four for sale but at about $100.00 I would really just like to locate one.

I have some chrome exhaust tips for sale. I originally bought these to put on my 99 C5, but ended up getting a Z06 Ti exhaust. They're very beautiful and super shiny. All I was is $50 + shipping. Here are some pictures of it installed from another website...

Clips? The stock exhaust tips on my 2004 are spot welded on.

Mine are welded on as well but of course they came on my Corsa Indys!

The clips were welded to the tip, there are four of them. They slide on to the
exhaust, and the two bottom clips are held in place on the exhaust with screws.

My stock exhaust is in the back of my pickup (thats because its going to be installed soon on my pickup) and easy to see so I'll take a closer look, but I remain reasonably certain they are spot welded on.
