Exterior weather seal replacement

Hi Guys,

Can anyone explain to me how to remove and replace the exterior door glass seal? It the rubber moulding that rubs up against the outside of your door glass when you put the windows up and down and its the length of the window. Do I have to remove the complete door panel? Or just the top section. From what I can see it's riveted in. Do I have to re rivet it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way its a 1989 Coupe
