Factory Redline?

The Tach On My 64 Coupe Has The Yellow Line Starting At 6200 And The Red Line Starting At 6500 Going To 6700 Rpm. Does Anyone Know If These Were Available From The Factory?

That was the factory tach face for the L-76 (327/365hp) and L-84 (327/375hp fuelie).

The Reference That I Was Looking At Said The Tach On The L76 And L84 Was Color Banded From 6000 To 6300 And 6300 To 6500.

here is a redline synopsis for the C2s:

63-66 327 - 250/300 5300

63-65 327 - 340/360/365/375 6500

65-67 327 - 350 6000 (early L79s may have 5300)

65 396 - 425 6500

66 427 - 390 5500

67 427 - 390/400 6000

427 - 425/435 6500
