factory vs corvette

Please tell me the difference between factory a/c & corvette a/c. According to NADA guidelines,the corvette a/c is more desireable. :confused

Maybe they're trying to make a value distinction between original factory-installed A/C and aftermarket-added A/C (like Vintage Air, etc.) and don't have the terminology correct.
