Alright, I'm at a loss for figuring out how to get this shroud out of the car. Do I need to remove the radiator? I'm not even sure if that would be enough. It looks like it might not clear the A/C system, either. I'm half temped to take a saw to the darn thing and remove it in pieces, but another member here expressed an interest in it, so I'd rather keep it in one piece...

The bolts for the radiator support are in the fender well. remove them and push the support forward. It will still be easier if you remove the radiator too.

When I done mine I took off the belts and rotated the alternator and air outboard, removed the clutch fan, removed the upper rad. hose, there are 2 bolts on the top that hold in in place, there are tabs on the bottom that go into slots on the support that hold it in place on the bottom. Lift it up and rotate reward.
Even if you take out the rad you will have to remove the fan.

Fan is already out (I'm replacing it with an electric fan, which is why the shroud needed to come out).

Looks like I'm going to pull the radiator, since in the process of getting "up close and personal" with the shroud, I had a good chance to take a look at the radiator without the fan covering it, and with the shroud pulled back at least a few inches, and it's starting to leak (wet, but not dripping on the floor, yet). So, I'm going to need to pull it to replace it anyway...

If it ain't one thing, it's another :(

But it's worth putting up with the occasional downtime, because driving it is so much fun :)
