FastChip

Hey Everyone,
Found a website for a company called Fastchip. They claim their chip performs better than Super Chip and the Hyper Tech chip. Has anyone ran one of these chips or heard anything about them?

FastChip.com - based in Tulsa. They came highly recommended to me via this forum and the Grand Sport Registry forum. I'm running one in my 92 LT4+ and I love it. However, unless you motor has a few mods, any new/different chip may not be worth the money.

I had to upgrade my chip when I had the motor mod'ed. I actually drove it home with the HyperTech Thermomaster installed and it refused to idle properly and was flat in the upper end. Obviously, the HyperTech chip just didn't have what I needed to handle the LT4 Hot Cam and new heads. After plugging in the FastChip chip, it started acting 'normal' again and cranking out some good HP also.

I'd recommend FastChip.com.

Thanks fo the info. Found a post on Fast Chip. Nothing but good responses about them. I will give Ed a call. Did you have go with the 160 thermostat?

Absolutely! I was already using the 160 stat to support the HyperTech Thermomaster chip. Ed will program the chip to turn the fans on sooner so the 160 stat is a good idea to keep the fans from fighting with the stat for temp control.

I got his computer in my car and I agree with Tuna, No problems and I love it.
