Mickey,

Cool pic! I just want to know the details of your friendly father/son tests of horsepower.:D

According to the pollsters, the silver vette is supposed to be dad's. So how 'bout it, does it hold true?

Mickey,
Didn't realize you were a new member. Welcome aboard!
VERY nice cars you and your son have there.

The yellow one is Dad's and it's all my son's fault. I've had vettes before but the last one was a C4 several years ago. My son got his and made the mistake ("mistake" that's what my wife calls it) of letting me drive it. A while later I flew to Florida and picked this one up. I am of course the fastest but wait... maybe your're talking about the cars??? Thanks for the nice welcomes. I am in Bear, Delaware amd my son lives up in NJ. We get together a lot for photography trips.

P.S. While we were taking these pictures a guy in a very nice looking black C5 drove by very slowly. At first I thought he was interested in what we were doing and was maybe going to stop. He had his window down and called out that he hoped we were having better luck than he was. He said he was having a serious problem. He was going about 10 MPH and that was as fast as it would go.
Sure did look sad to see him moving on down the road at 10 MPH. Hope he made it home OK.

Hello my father and I own vettes ,I have a black 81 with a four speed. And my father has a tripple black 02 with a 6 speed.FUN! FUN! FUN!

It's my dad's fault that I can say I'm part of another father/son team. Unfortunately we don't have any pics yet. I have an '02 Electron Blue coupe and he has an '87 Bright Red convertable. On our first real event together at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, MI he lost oil pressure and lost the motor. Just before winter creaped in he resurrected the engine as a 383 stroker. We're looking forward to the strip and a real run at Gingerman this year.

Mickey,

Very cool.... and a terrific photo. Welcome to the CAC!
