It's low miles - if you like the 88s it's a good deal. You can always get newer or cheaper, but getting what you like is most important. The 88s were pretty reliable, and easy to work on as compared to later models. Congrats!:upthumbs

I have to agree with most...you got a good car for a decent price. And as long as you're happy with the car, it doesn't matter what your friend thinks or says! Enjoy it...and welcome to the Corvette Action Center! :upthumbs

You made a good deal. There are similar C4s that would cost less but they will not be in great condition like your car.

If you want a nice C4, it is far cheaper and easier to buy one in great conditon than it is to buy one in average condition and make it nice.

Don't look back. Just look at comparable C4's and see how much nicer your car is compared to the others - that will make you happy for years to come!

:cool

Drive it, work on it, enjoy it.....and when the time is right, pass it on to someone else who recognizes the quality condition. And then move up (if that's your taste) toward the end of the C4 model run ('94 to '96 perhaps), or to an affordable C5. Forget about what your friend says.

None of us are married to our cars. You won't need a lawyer to sell and buy another.

Buyers remorse. If only it never existed. You found a nice car, made your best deal, were happy with the purchase, then some "friend" trys to rain on your parade.
Enjoy your car and quit rethinking your decision. Now, go take it for a drive, it needs some mileage man.

I have found that low miles does not always equal a trouble free vehicle. it USUALLY is a pretty good indicator......
