I'm getting ready to plop the manifold back on the car and in the gasket set (L98 car) it gave me new injector O-rings (sweet), the egr cross over, manifold to head, and all the plenum/runner gaskets. It also had a little baggy with two o-rings...a lot smaller than the injector orings. It says fuel feed and return o-rings on the parts discription on the box. However, when I pulled all the crude off the car there were no orings on the fuel feed and return at the front of the rail. Now that's not to say that there weren't at some point. Billy Bob owned this car before us..so god only knows.

So do they go over the hard line or into the fitting of the rails?

If I remember correctly, they go on the nipples at the ends of the fuel lines. It's been a while since I've had them apart, the O-rings butt up against the flange that's at the end of the tube.

I took a look at the fuel lines today while working on the car. The o-rings go right near the end of the hard lines, maybe a couple mm back from the end of each tube.

I did not even notice those "O" rings at the fuel rail fitting when I pulled my intake. I guess she's good cause she is not leaking.:D
