Yes, it does look a bit more dressed up. Can you tell us where you got it and how much you got it for?

I'm thinking of a little project to subtlely break up the huge amount of black on my Z06- I'm thinking of painting those mesh panels in front of the wheels and on the front grill red. (I love the black, but it needs a hint of a second color to set it off.)

Can you photochop that idea Patrick? Sounds cool to me! :cool

Ken, unfortunately I don't have access to photoshop. I got the idea from a guy in my Corvette club who did his black Z06 over with Colorado Buffalos colors (black and gold.) He painted the wire mesh gold, and affixed gold "Corvette" lettering on the front and back.
Well, not being a CU graduate myself, I decided I'd go in a different direction- red. The "theme" would be Black Widow (black with some red accents).

If someone else has access to photoshop, I can upload some pics of Z06, and you can tint the mesh to let us all see what that would look like.
:cool

Call Chuck 15+ years @ Eckler's X418. He cut the prices down right out of the gate. They also come in red for the front. First time buyer there myself, and I'm sure the deals get better for the big spenders.

I like them stainless. They have a high tech look.

Easy to install. Biggest problem is removing the front wheels. As long as you do the prep work like sanding so the glue sticks well, there won't be any problems. If you decide to install, I.M. font help if needed. :w
