Looks like 20 coats of wax on it. You'll have to put pylons so nobody parks close to it.

as for the license plate do a search for plate or something pertaining to that because there are multiple threads that contain tons of ideas.

Thanks for the complements, I am still trying to learn how to keep that shine on the car. For the picture I have a Kodak DC280 digital camera. I bought it in 2000 so it only has 2 megapixel resolution, but I love the color quality.
