Well I fixed the crackling speaker I have been listening to for about a year now...:crazy Now tomorrow, and Saturday I will start diagnosing the AC problem.

what did you do ? Turned it upside down and worked it with an air gun ?

I wasn't sure if it was in the wiring harness or the speaker, so I took the head unit out and soldered the wires, and I guess one was loose, but now on the little cruise I took the inner rear brake light will short on with the turn signal on, from when that guy hit me coming home from BG. I used to be able to tap it, and it would work for several days, but not anymore. :mad

Well , soon you gonna get that sorted too:) I'm sure . It is reaally pleasant to dig in any problem onna vette :)

Yeah I keep thinking of things I need to fix. So far I have a front end noise when I hit bumps with the wheel turned, I think it is shocks. Next my digital climate control wigs out on me all the time, (the digital display goes out, but it still blows air). Then the short in the brake/turn signal. Oh and I need to figure out a way to get my muffler elims to line up straight... gosh it never ends...

Well , to make it easier on ya , I am facing a timing chain change , and I gara do it myself , as it is better that way to be sure . And I also have some squeaky noise from underneath the dash, when driving on bumpy and holey surfaces . Sounds like some rubber silent blocks ain't no silent anymore . But what blocks are they ? i haven't found time yet to investigate .
