Flag on inside of driver's door

I had to have my driver's door replaced due to a huge gust of wind that blew the door out my hand. The door was toast. I had the door replaced at a Chevy dealership. They had the VIN info replicated, but have no way to get the flag with the C5 logo sticker. Does anyone have any idea how to get the sticker?
