I keep getting a flat battery, the car can sit in the shed for three weeks and it will start first time. Two days later it doesnt have anything.I charge the batterey but when I put leads on I get sparks.Had it checked today at electricians, they cant find anything wrong.ANY IDEAS:confused

Sounds like you have something drawing too much current , even when the car is off. I would buy a battery disconnect switch and install that, then you can disconnect your battery when not in use.
After that I would install an amp meter and see what your current draw is. I believe there are several posts about this if you do a search.
Good luck.

Hi Horizon,

I had a similiar problem a while back. I would start the car one time and it would fire up immediately ... the next time nothing.

Next time your car doesn't start ... pop the headlights and check to see if lights are bright. If they are then it could be your starter.
